Copper Canyon Ranch sits below Veramonte, with Rancho Gabriela and Desert Cove Commercial Park to the west. The L-shaped neighborhood starts on its northwestern corner, in front of Burger King. The boundary moves south along N Bullard Avenue, where you’ll also see the Gabriela Mini Storage, before reaching the southern border at W Peoria Avenue. From this point, the boundary continues toward N 140th Avenue. The boundary then forms a 90-degree angle that coasts northward, then eastbound toward the eastern border. Before hitting the east perimeter, the edge will run parallel to W Desert Cove Road. Once you hit the east boundary at N Litchfield Road, the frame runs north before turning back west parallel to W Hope Drive. The edge continues heading up north again parallel to N 143rd Avenue. Cactus road serves as the endpoint of the eastern division of the community and closes the neighborhood’s exterior at N Bullard Avenue.
